Are you having a 2017 wedding? Here are the latest color trends for this year based on what we have seen so far in our spring and summer season and what we plan to see this fall and winter!
Neutrals and Metals:
We touched upon how popular metals have been for this year in our blog earlier, but they are really picking up speed for this upcoming fall season. Neutrals have slowly become more and more popular as well. We are seeing them executed in all sorts of unique and creative ways. Some of which include invitations, bridesmaids dresses, groom attire and floral.
When we think of a neutral pallet, we get excited. We have seen this color scheme carried out in so many different ways all perfect and all beautiful. Pair it with greenery and woods for a rustic feel. Or you can pair with sequins and crystal to give it a romantic and eye-catching impression.
Green:
Going green? We have seen an increase in the color green, in almost all the floral this year. Of course, it was always present in some way, but this year in a much more fabulous way. Bouquets, having a more natural feel with a cascade effect are all the rage. In these, we see succulents and eucalyptus being a major play on these floral arrangements.
Not only are we seeing green in floral, but also in the wedding party. Gorgeous shades of jade, hunter, and sage are just stunning in both bridesmaid and groomsman attire.
Blue and Blush:
Maybe one of our new favorite color pairings is blue and blush. It has both a feminine and masculine feel. It’s timeless, as well as romantic and elegant. It’s also perfect for brides who want to stay traditional and having their something blue. Though this is trending for the spring and summer, we also see it transitioning really well into the fall.
We like that you can pair navy suits with blush dresses to give the wedding party a coordinating feel without being too matchy matchy.
