How They Met:

James and Megan met in 2005, when they were both working for the same company! The two of them welcomed our there into the world in 2007, were engaged in 2013, and two little girls later, married in April of 2017.

The Proposal:

James and Megan had just bought their home in Canton, Connecticut. James took it upon himself to decorate the whole down stairs area on his own. Loving what he did, Megan tried to get a picture of the two of them together. Next thing she knew, James knelt on one knee and handed her the new house keys. He had to hand them to her a few times and the last time he handed them to her with a gorgeous engagement ring!

The Wedding:

This garden romance wedding at the Four Seasons Resort in Scottsdale was just breathtaking. The blush pink and ivory floral is to die for. From the way, it’s draped over the archway that they stand under to be married, to Megan’s beautiful bouquet. All of the flowers look so natural and lush at the same time.

We love the trend of outdoor receptions that are all the rage right now. They are so fun and intimate under the stars and garden lights that are strung across the area. The farm tables give a unique spin and are so pretty they way they are dressed up. We are pretty sure there was a donkey in attendance as well, so look closely!

Megan’s dress is a perfect fit, a flare that hugs her body just right. We love the balance of all lace, with just a hint of sparkle in the belt. The bridesmaids dresses echoed Megan’s perfectly! They were blush pink which tied in with the floral and the tops were lace, just like the bride.
